Disaster consultant says make contingency plans now (TCPalm.com)

ST. LUCIE WEST — Almost 60 nonprofit directors, emergency response workers and volunteers from across the Treasure Coast crowded into Tradition Town Hall on Tuesday to learn how to keep their organizations up and running in the midst of a disaster.
